    I prefer to use RF Hellman's mayonaise and omit the water chestnuts. I also add just a bit of curry powder for a wonderful flavor surprize!

    List of Ingredients




    4 cups cubed, cooked chicken breast
    2 tbs fresh lemon juice
    1 C Reduced Fat Miracle Whip
    1 C Pineapple tidbits in juice,drained
    1 C halved green seedless grapes
    1/2 c slivered almonds
    1/2 c canned water chestnuts,chopped (opt.)

    Recipe



    Serves: 8 (1/2 cup each)
    Points per serving: 4


    In large bowl, toss chicken with lemon juice and cover and chill for 2 hours

    Mix rest of ingredients into the chicken until well blended, Chill until serving time.


    ***Serve on bed of lettuce***

    ***Also makes a great sandwhich-just remember to add the points***
