This is AWESOME!!! It's great on just about EVERYTHING!!!

List of Ingredients




2 C. Ketchup
1/4-1/2 C. Veg. oil
1 C. Tomato Paste
2 C. Sugar
1 T. Salt
3 cloves Garlic
1-2 Onions, sliced into rings
10 Green Bell Peppers, sliced lengthwise
10 Hot Banana Peppers, sliced in circles

Recipe



Mix first 5 ingredients and cook over med. heat until sugar dissolves. Add the garlic and both peppers. Cook until the peppers are just soft - not mushy.

Put into sterilized pint jars and seal. Process in water bath for 10 minutes, remove jars and let cool completely. Make sure you listen for the "pops" to make sure your jars are properly sealed.
