1-(28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 pkg. hamburger, browned with a chopped onion
1 Qt. water
2 lrg. carrots- peeled and sliced coin style
2 C. beef broth
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 T. parsley, 1/4 t. pepper, 1/2 t. basil leaves, 1 t. oregano, 1/2 t. garlic salt.
1 (15 oz) can garbonzo beans, drained
1 (16 oz) can green beans, drained
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
1 1/4 C. uncooked mostaccioli macaroni (or your choice)
grated parmesean cheese
Recipe
In lrg. pot, combine all ingredients except the can veg's and macaroni. Bring to a boil. Cover, simmer over low heat about 20 min. Now add the cn veg's and bring to another boil; add macaroni and cook 15-20 min. or macaroni is tender.
Garnish with parmesean cheese.
