List of Ingredients
4 lrg. Bananas
1 C. 1% milk
1 chai tea bag
1/3 C. Splenda
3/4 C. plain ff yogurt
Recipe
Place bananas in freezer till frozen. Pour milk into microwave safe cup-cook on high for 1 min or it nearly boils. Add chai tea bag and let steep for 20 minutes. Press bag gently with spoon to release all the chai flavor-remove and discard the tea bag. Chill the chai flavored milk about 10 min. then put into blender with the rest of the ingred. and blend untill smooth.
