Pinto Bean Pie (Mock pecan pie)

Yep, here's one I bet you never heard of! You're actually gonna be surprized with this!

List of Ingredients

2 C. mashed pinto beans
1-2 sticks margerine/butter, melted
3 eggs
1 C. coconut
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 C. white sugar
1 1/2 C. brown sugar
1 C. pecans
2 unbaked pie shells


Recipe

Mix everything together, making sure it's mixed well.
Divide into the 2 pie shells and bake in 350' oven for about 30 minutes or done.
