    1-10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach

    2 eggs

    1-8 oz carton sour cream

    1 T grated onion

    1/2 c parmesan cheese

    1 T flour

    2 T butter

    1 t salt

    1/8 t pepper

    Recipe



    Cook spinach as directed on package; drain well. Beat eggs and add to spinach. Blend in other ingredients.

    Place in 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares to serve. Serves 4.
