    9 c. diced peeled Hubbard Squash
    2 medium pears, cut into 1-in. pieces
    1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    1 T. margarine
    2 T. water

    Recipe



    Serves: 14



    Combine all ingredients in a 3-qt. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes or until squash is tender.

    One 3/4-cup serving equals: 102 calories…22 mg sodium…0 cholesterol…21 gm carbohydrate…4 gm protein…2 gm fat…5 gm fiber ++++ WWP: 1
