    24 low fat Graham Cracker sheets
    2 (1 oz.)boxes sf ff Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
    3 C. Skim Milk
    1 (8 oz.) ff Cool Whip
    1 (1.4 oz.)box sf ff Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
    1 1/2 C. Skim Milk

    Recipe



    Place 8 graham crackers in bottom of 9x13" baking dish. Mix vanilla pudding with 3 C. skim milk, let sit 2 minutes to thicken. Gently fold in the cool whip. Pour half of this mixture over top of the crackers. Top with another 8 graham crackers. Pour the remaining vanilla pudding on top.
    Top that with the last 8 crackers.
    Mix the chocolate pudding mix w/ the remaining 1 1/2 C. skim milk, let sit 2 min. then spread gently over the graham crackers. Let it sit overnight in the refridgerator to soften all the graham crackers.

    Serves 18
