    Crockpot Easy French Dip Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients




    3 lbs. beef brisket (Not corned beef)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 cn. condensed beef broth
    8 mini baquettes or buns

    Recipe



    Place beef in 3 1/2-6 Qt. slow cooker. Mix the soups and pour over the meat in the crockpot.
    Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or beef is tender. Skim fat from the liquid.
    Remove the beef and cut across the grain into thin slices.
    Fill a mini baquette or bun with beef abd serve with broth drippings for dipping.

    Makes 8 sandwiches
