    List of Ingredients




    1 bell pepper
    1/2 large onion
    1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can (17 oz.) corn, including the liquid
    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes
    about 2 cups water (or chicken broth)
    1 lb. cooked chicken, cut in bite-size pieces
    1 jar (8 oz.) salsa or picante sauce
    1 can (15-1/2 oz.) kidney beans
