    Strawberry Sour Cream Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups Original Bisquick Mix
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 2/3 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup cold water
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 2 eggs
    • Strawberry Sour Cream Topping:
    • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
    • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    • 3 cups sliced strawberries


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
    2. Beat all ingredients except Strawberry Sour Cream Topping in a large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, scraping side and bottom of bowl frequently. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into pan.
    3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Spread Strawberry Sour Cream Topping over warm cake. Store covered in refrigerator.
    4. Strawberry Sour Cream Topping: Mix sour cream and brown sugar in a large bowl. Gently stir in strawberries.
