List of Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced thin
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes and kielbasa. In a separate bowl, combine soup, milk, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir together the two mixes and pour into a 7x11 inch casserole dish. Place casserole dish on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
