Tuscan Beef Stew

List of Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed beef broth
- 1/2 cup red wine or water
- 2 pounds stew meat, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced Italian style tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (16 ounce) can white kidney beans, drained
Instructions
- Mix soup, broth, beef, tomatoes, carrots, Italian seasoning and garlic in a 3 1/2 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours.
- Stir in beans. Turn heat to high and cook 10 minutes. Can cook on high 4 to 5 hours.
- Yield: 8 servings
Final Comments
Next time I prepare this I am going to add some diced zucchini and another can of white kidney beans.
