- 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 pound ground venison
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients. Shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
