List of Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup dutch cocoa
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbs. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
9 oz. white chocolate (like Lindt)
1 1/2 Tbs. Crisco

DO NOT ALTER ORDER IN WHICH INGREDIENTS ARE COMBINED. In a bowl, combineoats and chips, set aside. In another bowl, beat together butter and sugars. Sift together flour, soda, salt and cocoa, then add to butter mixture. Batter will be stiff. Add milk, vanill and eggs. Add chips and oats. Mix well.
Using 2 Tbs. scoop, place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes. Cool on sheets for 1 minute and transfer to racks. Melt white chocolate and crisco together. Dip 1/3 of each cookie into chocolate. Place on rack over waxed paper to dry.
