List of Ingredients
- 1 lb stew beef
- 2 cans cream of whatever soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 8 oz sour cream
Instructions
- Place stew beef in crockpot.
- Mix together soups and pour over meat. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Stir in sour cream.
- At this point you can serve it over hot noodles or you can let it cool and put into freezer containers and freeze. When ready to use, simply thaw, reheat, and serve over noodles.
