1. Lightly coat the inside of a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker with
nonstick cooking spray. In the prepared cooker stir together the
marinara sauce, undrained tomatoes, and ground meat substitute.
2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 7 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 3-1/2 to 4 hours.
3. If using high-heat setting, turn to low-heat setting. Stir in
tortellini. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes more or until tortellini are tender. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 8 servings @ 6 pts each.
