Swiss Chard, Bacon And Anchovies

2 pounds Swiss chard, washed, cleaned
4 slices bacon, cut in pieces
6 filets of anchovy
1 tablespoon butter
seasonings to taste
Recipe
Boil the Swiss chard in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain off water. Put bacon and butter in frying pan. Fry bacon not too crisp. Add chard, seasonings and anchovies. Mix well and serve.
