    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1 cup dry oatmeal (uncooked)
    • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 16 oz. can solid packed pumpkin
    • 1/2 cup light or dark corn syrup
    • 2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9-inch baking pan.
    2. Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add oats and flour; mix well.
    3. Spread evenly onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool slightly.
    4. Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    5. Add remaining ingredients; mix until smooth. Pour over partially cooled crust.
    6. Bake an additional 45 to 50 minutes or until center appears set.
    7. Cool completely on wire rack. Chill.
