Chocolate Swirl Coffee Cake

- 1/3 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 2 cups Original Bisquick
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup water or milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400. Grease square pan, 8x8x2 inches. Mix coconut, nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon of the butter; set aside.
- Mix Bisquick, 1/4 cup sugar, the water, egg and remaining 2 tablespoons butter; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread batter in pan. Spoon chocolate over batter; lightly swirl batter several times for marbled design. Sprinkle coconut mixture evenly over top.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top is light golden brown and cake feels firm when touched in center. Serve warm.
