    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup bottled strawberry-flavored nonalcoholic margarita drink mix
    • 1 package Betty Crocker SuperMoist white cake mix
    • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
    • 3 egg whites
    • 1 tablespoon grated lime peel
    • 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
    • Strawberries, if desired


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Add enough water to drink mix to measure 1 1/4 cups.
    2. Beat cake mix (dry), drink mix, oil and egg whites in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan.
    3. Bake 28 to 33 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
    4. Gently stir lime peel into whipped topping; spread over top of cake. Garnish with strawberries. Store covered in refrigerator.
