Marinara and Shrimp Canapes

List of Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz.) can Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust
- 1/3 cup refrigerated marinara sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped purchased cooked bacon
- 16 cooked medium shrimp, tails removed
- 2 tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh chives, if desired
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 F. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll dough onto work surface. Press dough out with fingers to form 12x8-inch rectangle. With floured 2-inch holiday-shaped cookie cutters, cut dough into shapes; place 1 inch apart o sprayed cookie sheet.
- Bake at 425 F. for 5 to 7 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Remove partially baked crusts from oven. Spread each crust with marinara sauce. Sprinkle each with bacon. Place shrimp in center of each. Sprinkle each with cheese.
- Return to oven; bake an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
