    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/4 cup butter, cut into small pieces
    • 1/2 cup Pillsbury BEST All Purpose or Unbleached Flour
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 1/2 oz. (1/2 cup) crumbled Stilton cheese


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400 F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. In medium saucepan, combine water and butter; heat over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and butter is melted.
    2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over over medium heat for about 1 minute, stirring vigorously until mixture leaves sides of saucepan in smooth compact ball. Remove from heat.
    3. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating with spoon for 1 minute after each addition until mixture is smooth and gossy. Stir in cheese; mix well. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls or pipe from decorating bag onto paper-lined cookie sheet to form 1-inch puffs.
    4. Bake at 400 F. for 14 to 18 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
