    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1 1/2 cups Pillsbury BEST All Purpose Flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 1/2 cups granola cereal, crushed


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 375 F. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, combine sugar and margarine; beat until light and fluffy. Add egg, lemon peel, vanilla and sour cream; blend well.
    2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in granola. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
    3. Bake at 375 F. for 6 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
