    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
    • 2 eggs
    • 3 cups Pillsbury BEST All Purpose Flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 (6-oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, reserving 3 tablespoons
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
    • 1/2 cup golden raisins
    • 1 tablespoon water
    • Sugar


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 375 F. In large bowl, combine 1 cup sguar, margarine and eggs; blend well.
    2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Alternately add dry ingredients and orange juice concentrate to sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in pecans and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    3. Bake at 375 F. for 7 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets; place on wire racks.
    4. In small bowl, combine reserved orange juice concentrate and water; brush over tops of cookies. Sprinkle with sugar.
