Orange-Pecan Cookies

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups Pillsbury BEST All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (6-oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, reserving 3 tablespoons
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 tablespoon water
- Sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 F. In large bowl, combine 1 cup sguar, margarine and eggs; blend well.
- Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Alternately add dry ingredients and orange juice concentrate to sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in pecans and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375 F. for 7 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets; place on wire racks.
- In small bowl, combine reserved orange juice concentrate and water; brush over tops of cookies. Sprinkle with sugar.
