    List of Ingredients


    • 18 slices pumpernickel cocktail bread
    • 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
    • 3 tablespoons chopped red onion
    • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
    • 6 ounces salmon lox (18 slices)
    • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
    • Chopped fresh dill weed


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400. Place bread slices on cookie sheet. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp.
    2. Spread each slice with cream cheese. Top with onion, capers, lox and bell pepper. Sprinkle with dill weed.
