- 18 slices pumpernickel cocktail bread
- 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 6 ounces salmon lox (18 slices)
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- Chopped fresh dill weed
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400. Place bread slices on cookie sheet. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp.
- Spread each slice with cream cheese. Top with onion, capers, lox and bell pepper. Sprinkle with dill weed.
