Easy Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Recipe Introduction
I come from a football family, so I was happy to see the playoff game playing on TV in the hospital when I went in to have my third child. The nurses had organized a tailgating party complete with snacks. That was my first taste of this Buffalo chicken dip. I left the hospital with a new baby and the recipe. Now it has become my trademark. Whether my family is getting together for a holiday party or just to watch some football, they always want me to bring the dip. And I'm happy to oblige, since it's so simple and can be made ahead of time.
