List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. ground beef
  
• 1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
  
• 1 jar (14 oz.) Pace Mexican Creations Taco cooking sauce
  
• 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  
• 1 box (8 1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 375 F. In 10" skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add corn with liquid, taco cooking sauce and cheese. Pour into 2-qt. shallow baking dish.
   
2. Prepare corn muffin mix according to pkg. directions. Drop by spoonfuls on top of beef mixture. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until top is golden brown and mixture is bubbling.
