    Summers means kids with extra time and lots of energy. Inspire them to get busy in the kitchen. They'll have a blast helping with these quick, easy and yummy quesadillas.
    My version is sure to be a crowd-pleaser with a chicken and four-cheese filling. Younger kids join in on the measuring and topping, while big sisters and brothers handle the folding and cooking - with a little coaching from you, of course. The result is the same: a new family favorite and a fun afternoon with the kids.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup salsa
    • 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Dressing
    • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    • 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
    • 3/4 lb. cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
    • 1 cup Kraft Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese


    Instructions


    1. MIX salsa, dressing and chili powder.
    2. SPREAD salsa mixture evenly onto tortillas.
    3. LAYER chicken and shredded cheese evenly on half of each tortilla.
    4. FOLD tortillas in half to enclose filling.
    5. HEAT large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add quesadillas, 2 at a time, cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut each quesadilla into 3 wedges to serve.


    Final Comments


    Makes 4 servings, 6 wedges each.
