    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 cups uncooked rosamarina (orzo) pasta (8 ounces)
    • 2 cups thinly sliced cucumber
    • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
    • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
    • 1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
    • 1 can (15 to 16 ounces) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1 can (4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
    • 12 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 ounces)


    Instructions


    1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
    2. Mix pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors but no longer than 24 hours.
    3. Top salad with cheese.
