Beat the clock with this filling dinner salad that can be tossed together in just ten minutes!
List of Ingredients
- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed, drained
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup Kraft Natural Three Cheese Crumbles
- 1/2 cup Kraft Ranch Dressing
- 1 oz. tortilla chips
Instructions
- PLACE lettuce in bottom of glass serving bowl or on serving platter.
- LAYER evenly with beans, corn, chicken, salsa and cheese.
- DRIZZLE with dressing; top with chips.
Final Comments
Makes 4 servings, 2 cups each.
