    List of Ingredients


    • 20 asparagus spears (about 1 1/4 pounds)
    • 1 package (7.5 ounces) complete Caesar salad mix
    • 3 hard-cooked eggs, cut into wedges
    • 2 tablespoons freshly shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired
    • Freshly ground pepper


    Instructions


    1. Place steam basket in 1/2 inch water in saucepan (water should not touch bottom of basket). Place asparagus in steamer basket. Cover tightly and heat to boiling; reduce heat. Steam about 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse with cold water; drain.
    2. Prepare salad mix as directed on package; divide among 4 individual plates.
    3. Top with asparagus, eggs and cheese; sprinkle with pepper. Serve immediately.
