    List of Ingredients


    • 4 whole wheat sub or ranch rolls (6 inches long), split
    • 1/4 cup soft cream cheese with chives and onions
    • 4 leaves leaf lettuce
    • 1/2 cup chopped drained Giarrdiniera vegetable mix
    • 1/4 cup sliced Spanish olives
    • 1 medium tomato, sliced
    • 4 slices (1 ounce each) Cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Spread cut sides of rolls with cream cheese. Top bottom half of each roll with lettuce, vegetable mix, oilves, tomato, cheese and top half of roll.
    2. To serve, cut in half.
