List of Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat sub or ranch rolls (6 inches long), split
- 1/4 cup soft cream cheese with chives and onions
- 4 leaves leaf lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped drained Giarrdiniera vegetable mix
- 1/4 cup sliced Spanish olives
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 4 slices (1 ounce each) Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Spread cut sides of rolls with cream cheese. Top bottom half of each roll with lettuce, vegetable mix, oilves, tomato, cheese and top half of roll.
- To serve, cut in half.
