White Chocolate Cherry Crunch

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 2 cups tiny fish-shaped pretzels
- 2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 package (3 ounces) dried cherries (2/3 cup)
- 1 bag (12 ounces) white baking chips (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Toss cereal, pretzels, peanuts, marshmallows and cherries in large bowl.
- Heat baking chips and half-and-half in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until chips are melted. Stir in almond extract.
- Pour melted mixture over dry ingredients. Toss gently until dry ingredients are coated. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand about 1 hour or until set. Store loosely covered up to 1 week.
Final Comments
About 16 servings (1/2 cup each).
