List of Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen green beans, potatoes, onions and red peppers (from 16-ounce package)
- 1 3/4 cups ready-to-serve fat-free vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (16 ounces) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 to 16 ounces) pinto beans, undrained
- 1 can (15 to 16 ounces) great northern beans, undrained
- 2 tablespoons pesto
Instructions
- Heat all ingredients except pesto to boiling in 3-quart saucepan; reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in pesto.
