- 1 pkg. (11 1/2 oz.) refrigerated cornbread twists
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar (14 oz.) Pace Mexican Creations Taco cooking sauce
- Shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Open cornbread twists package, but DO NOT UNROLL DOUGH. Separate into 8 pieces at perforations and place on baking sheet. Bake 10 min.
- Meanwhile, in 10" skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned. Pour off fat. Add taco cooking sauce and heat through.
- Cut cornbread biscuits into halves. Spoon taco mixture over bottom half. Top with cheese, sour cream and other half.
