List of Ingredients
- 5 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup uncooked millet
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup diced red potatoes
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
Instructions
- Heat broth and soy sauce to boiling in Dutch oven. Stir in remaining ingredients except potatoes and frozen vegetables.
- Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 20 minutes.
- Add potatoes and frozen vegetables. Heat to boiling; reuce heat to medium. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until millet and potatoes are tender.
