- 2 (8-oz.) pkg. flaked imitation crabmeat (surimi)
- 1/2 cup purchased Caesar salad dresing
- 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 (3.8-oz.) pkg. (24-count) Old El Paso Mini Taco Shells
- 2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine imitation crabmeat and 1/4 cup of the salad dressing; toss to coat. In another medium bowl, combine lettuce and remaining 1/4 cup salad dressing; toss to coat.
- Layer imitation crabmeat mixture and lettuce mixture in each taco shell. Top each with cheese.
