Chicken and Black Bean Soft Tacos

List of Ingredients
- 1 package (10) ORTEGA Soft Taco Dinner Kit (flour tortillas, taco seasoning mix and taco sauce)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound (3 to 4) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 3/4 cups (15-ounce can) black beans, drained
- 3/4 cup whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and onion; cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Stir in taco seasoning mix, beans, corn, water and lime juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixuture is thickened.
- REMOVE tortillas from outer plastic pouch. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 10 to 15 seconds or until warm. Or heat each tortilla, turning frequently, in small skillets over medium-high heat until warm.
- FILL tortillas with 1/2 cup chicken mixture and taco sauce.
