    This is a great kid's recipe.
    Take a 9x13 pan and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Line the bottom with a layer of miniature marshmallows. mix up a cake mix according to package directions and pour it over the marshmallows, covering them. Open a can of fruit pie filling and spoon it over the cake mix. Bake at 350° until the top is browned. If you check it, the fruit will sink to the bottom and the marshmallows will float to the top, melt, and brown to a crust like roasted marshmallows in a campfire. When they are brown, remove cake from oven and let cool. No need to frost as it has a marshmallow frosting already. Try cherry pie filling with chocolate cake or pineapple with white for a twist on pineapple upside down cake. My favorite is blueberry with white cake mix.
