List of Ingredients



• 2 c. Sugar
  
• 1 c. Butter
  
• 2 Eggs
  
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
  
• 1 c. Buttermilk or Sour Milk (1 tsp lemon juice added)
  
• 1 tsp Salt
  
• 1/2 c. Cocoa
  
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
  
• 2-1/2 c. Flour
  
• 1 c. Boiling Water ( be sure it is boiling)
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients except water.
   
   
2. Slowly add the water and mix carefully.
   
   
3. Pour into 9 x 13 greased cake pan.
   
   
4. Bake at 350°
   
   






Final Comments


This is a very thin batter.
