    This is just a strange recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    3 stiffly beaten egg whites
    21 finely broken ritz crackers
    1 tsp baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    NO CRUST

    mix all ingredients except egg whites. fold in whites until mixed well.

    Pour into lightly buttered pie pan and spread evenly. Bake 30-35 minutes at 325°. Cool and top with Cool Whip.
