    Recipe Introduction


    This is a good sandwich when there is a crowd expected. You can also freeze the filling for later use.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 oz. Cream Cheese - very soft
    • 1 c. Cream of Chicken Soup
    • 1 sm. diced onion
    • 1 to 1-1/2 lbs deboned cooked chicken or turkey
    • sandwich buns


    Instructions


    1. Add chicken soup to the cream cheese a little at a time and mix together well.
    2. Add onion and chicken and mix.
    3. Place 1 to 1-1/2 tbsp of mixture on bun and wrap in foil.
    4. Bake 20 minutes at 375°


    Final Comments
