Just want to say thank you. I have searched the web before and have never been able to find this exact recipe. When we lived in Iowa in 1966, I too purchased these books as they were offered. When downsizing, I donated the encyclopedia to our local library booksale. I can't tell you how much I have missed having them available. They were great and such a resource to a young wife and mother back then...because as you remember, we didn't have the internet. If you happen to still have them, I would like the recipe for the New York Cheesecake. It was my Mom's favorite. Thank you again. This cake will join the pies this Easter Sunday.
