    List of Ingredients




    1 can chick peas, drained
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 cup tahinni
    3 cloves garlic
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro

    In food processor puree chickpeas; set aside. Add garlic and process, next add cilantro and process. Add remaining ingredients to garlic and cilantro blending well. Blend mixture with the chickpeas and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve as dip for raw vegetables or on crackers.
