    Juanita's Cilantro Dressing

    Addicted to the aroma and flavor of Cilantro? You'll love this dressing from Juanita's Mexican Cafe.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup diced fresh cilantro
    • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
    • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    • 3 Tbsp. honey
    • 1 Tbsp. Cholula hot sauce
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup fresh orange juice


    Instructions


    1. Blend all ingredients well and chill before serving. Recipe may be halved.
