List of Ingredients
1 lb. sausage fried til done or leftover ham torn to
pcs.
6 eggs, broken
1 green pepper chopped
1 small onion chopped
2 potatoes, grated
1 fresh tomato chopped
dash salt 'n pepperRecipe
Microwave grated potatoes, green pepper and onion
together til tender and add to skillet with eggs,
tomato, and sausage or ham. (I buy a can of real
bacon bits per month and use this a lot in this recipe
and others - very quick.) Scramble all together til
done. Serve with warm muffins.
