Fried minced beef
Leftover Rice
Canned peas
One can of mushroom soupRecipe
Mix all ingredients. Heat & eat. Even if you have to
brown the beef and prepare the rice this only takes
about 20 minutes to make. Sometimes I'll brown the
beef in a bowl in the microwave while I take a shower.
If one recipe calls for 1 lb. of beef I'll fry up and
drain 4 pounds and when it cools I'll put the rest
into zip lock freezer bags for later use.
