EASY SPINACH QUICHE
THIS RECIPE MAKES 2 9" DEEP DISH PIES. I PREFER TO USE READY MADE CRUST BUT IT IS JUST AS GOOD WITH HOME-MADE.
List of Ingredients
- 2 CUPS MILK
- 4 EGGS
- 1/4 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
- 1 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1 (10 OZ) PACKAGE CHOPPED FROZEN SPINACH*
- 8 OZ SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 CUP CUBED COOKED HAM (OPTIONAL)
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375F.
- IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT TOGETHER MILK, EGGS, BUTTER, & PARMESAN CHEESE. BATTER WILL BE SLIGHTLY LUMPY.
- STIR IN SPINACH, HAM & CHEDDAR CHEESE. POUR INTO PIE CRUSTS.
- BAKE IN OVEN FOR 45-50 MINUTES.
Final Comments
*BROCCOLI CAN BE SUBSTITUTED FOR SPINACH
