    There was one I loved last fall and I can't remember it. Seems like it was one half can of pumpkin mixed in a batch of instant butterscotch or vanilla pudding, maybe? Is that the recipe anyone uses or will you post what you do use? Thanks!

    1 cup vanilla non fat yogurt
    1 sf ff instant vanilla pudding
    1 can pumpkin
    1/3 cup splenda
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
